Once the water was extracted they conducted a thorough assessment of the situation and went to work drying, repairing and taking mold tests. From the very beginning the office personnel assisted with the insurance claims. They also maintained communications with my tenants and I, on a regular basis.  Professionalism and caring -The experience of this company was like no other. They make you feel so at ease and comfortable.  They came fast to my house -They were there very fast. It wasn’t 30-minutes, but I live pretty far out and they came quick. The job was a great job and the guys were nice and seemed to know what they were doing.

I manage 35 properties in Lee County,FL. I had a pipe inside a wall let go at one of the joints. The plumber opened the wall to repair the pipe and I got a nasty surprise when mold was found. I called Water Damage Rescue 911 to assess the water damage and the issue of the mold. They went out to the property immediately. They walked me through each stage of the clean-up, mold remediation and helped me contact contractors to get bids on the repairs. Laura was patient with me and took the time to explain what was needed. We had many conversation outside of the normal 9 to 5 business hours. Water Damage Rescue 911 did an excellent job at a reasonable price and I highly recommend them.

  When my water pipe busted I didn't know what to do or who to call. Until I did some research and found water damage rescue 911. Their service was fantastic. I wouldn't go through anyone else.  Awesome Company to work with. Very friendly and informative on a daily basis. Had major Water Damage in my condo and with 45 minutes were at my door assessing, planning and starting the clean up. Came back every morning to log the moisture for 5 days. Then would call me to give me a report. Extremely helpful and works very well with my Insurance Company.
